Flies
Question: Is there a minimum number of flies I have to
order?
Answer: Absolutely not... if you want to order 6 or 12
that's fine, we'll accommodate any size order.

Question: Do I have to order a certain amount of any
pattern or can I make an order with a wide assortment of
flies?
Answer:   Feel free to order any amount of any pattern...
i.e. if you want one or two of every pattern, no problem.

Question: I'm confused about how to order from your site,
how do I do it?
Answer:   This site was recently introduced with a
shopping cart program. All you now have to do is fill in
the amount of each fly you would like as well as the size
(and sometimes colour) and then click on the "add to cart"
button. When you click on "add to cart" a new window will
appear with all of the flies you have ordered. You can
choose to continue shopping or check out. When you do
check out you can either pay instantly with Paypal or most
major credit cards.  
Question: Do you confirm orders before processing them?
Answer:    Absolutely. When you have put your order in
we will get back to you (usually within 24 hours) to
confirm the wait time for your order.

Question: What kind of payment types do you accept?
Answer:    We accept personal cheques (held until cleared),
money orders, and we also accept payments from
PAYPAL (www.paypal.com)... this includes all major
Credit Cards.

Question: Do you have a large stock of already made flies
or are all flies tied specially for each order?
Answer:    We do have a stock of my most popular flies in
the most popular sizes but with a selection as large as we
offer many flies are tied specially for each order. This
allows us to make any modifications that a customer may
want (i.e. weighting the fly, changing colour schemes, etc.)
We pride ourselves in being  flytyers that will give the
customer exacltly what he/she is looking for.

Question: If many of your flies are tied specially for each
order, how long does an order take to complete before it is
shipped?
Answer:    Most of the time we can have orders out
within 3-4 weeks, though this does depend on the season!
Orders under 100 flies are usually out within 3 weeks and
even orders of over 1200 flies have had less than 5 weeks
waiting time.  

Question: I'm new to fly fishing, can you put an
assortment of your most productive flies together for me?
Answer:    No problem, we have all been new to flyfishing
at one time. We'll put together a selection that you can not
go without!
Question: What if I want to order flies but I want to
pay using a cheque or Money Order?
Answer: Unfortunately our site is equipped only to
process payments through Paypal and Credit Cards. If
you do want to order and pay with a cheque or M.O.,
simply email your order to us (stuart6@shaw.ca). We will
invoice you within 24 hours.
